Our current manufacturing facilities are located at 2 locations:
1. Plant 1: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
2. Plant 2: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.
We have over 100,000 sq. ft. of covered area, which has been optimally utilized with ample scope for future expansion.
Our manufacturing, testing and development teams consist of an appropriate mixture of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled labourers and engineers with vast experience and training. With a constant focus on lean management, continuous improvements in systems & processes, and consistent zeal to explore new avenues for growth, the company has been constantly delighting its customers with competitive and reliable products.
Our current manufacturing capacities enable us to annually consume over 3600 MT of Copper. We also manufacture wires and cables with Tinned Copper and Aluminium Conductors. All cables used in our assemblies are manufactured in house at our Ghaziabad cable facility. In house manufacturing of cables ensures strictest adherence to quality standards while enabling us to maintain quick turnaround times and remain cost competitive. Our state of the art testing facility ensures that all our products are compliant to the international standards of quality.
We currently hold valid BIS licenses for IS 694/IS 1554/IS 7098. We present capabilities to manufacture cables as per the various BIS, BS, DIN, JASO, JIS and UL standards.
We maintain a Pan-India delivery network to ensure our customers’ diversified requirements and delivery schedules are met with utmost precision. We pride ourselves with timely deliveries and reliable products that have helped us attain high vendor approval ratings from our customers.
Under the brand 'UPKAB' we currently manufacture over 100 different types of cables and allied products using state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies to ensure our products are fully compliant with international specifications.
